Skill 1 = Extra incentive

 

This skill emulates the Naruto trend of making characters constantly push each other to new levels. This could be represented in a number of ways; you could create a Naruto-Sasuke type relationship where there is the fierce push of competition and rivalry. You could also try a gentler approach and copy the Naruto-Hinata relationship whereas Naruto is constantly encouraging Hinata to push herself.

 

20= Genin: 5% exp boost

40= Chuunin: 10%

60=Jounin: 15%

80= Sannin: 20%

100= Hokage: 50%

 

Requirements

Genin: 1 moment

Chuunin: 3 moments

Jounin: 5 moments

Sannin: 7 moments

Hokage: 10 moments

 

 

Skill 2 = Cheer

 

This skill means to basically support an ally in whatever it is they are doing. If your character does not have a very cheering personality that’s okay, it could be instead them giving a helpful suggestion or even simply moving over to stand next to the ally. This can be used on anyone, no matter how many moments you have with them.

Example: Lee attacks and uses 400 Sta. Sakura uses Genin level cheer, and Lee acts as if he had used 440.

 

 

Genin: 10% chakra bonus

Chuunin: 15% chakra bonus

Jounin: 20% chakra bonus 2 rolls of the die

Sannin: 25% chakra bonus 2 rolls of the die

Hokage: 30% chakra bonus 3 rolls of the die

Genin: 5 moments, 20 skill

Chuunin: 7 moments, 45 skill

Jounin: 10 moments, 70 skill

Sannin: 15 moments, 95 skill

Hokage: 20 moments, 120 skill

 

Jounin level Extra Incentive.

 

Skill 3 = Undying love

This skill means that you love someone with your entire heart and are willing to die for him/her. If they are ever in serious danger and your character does not do his/her utmost to protect them you lose all of your moments with them. You gain the following benefits whenever they are in danger, or whenever your character is trying to prove themselves in front of them.

 

Genin: + 25% chakra, immune to Chakra deficiency.

Chuunin: + 50% chakra, immune to Chakra deficiency.

Jounin: + 75% chakra, immune to Chakra deficiency.

Sannin: + 100% chakra, immune to Chakra deficiency.

Hokage: + 10% chakra per moment, immune to Chakra deficiency.

 

Requirements

Genin: 4 moments

Chuunin: 8 moments

Jounin: 12 moments

Sannin: 16 moments

Hokage: 20 moments

Extra incentive Jounin level, cheer Genin level

 

Skill 4 = Leadership

This skill represents your character developing leadership qualities (no shit) to such an extent that it begins to make a significant positive effect upon whatever team he/she is leading (note these benefits do not apply if you are not the team leader).

 

Genin: +20% bonuses to all rolls.

Chuunin: +40% bonuses to all rolls.

Jounin: +60% bonuses to all rolls.

Sannin: +80% bonuses to all rolls.

Hokage: +100% bonuses to all rolls.

 

Requirements:

Genin: 200 Int

Chuunin: Genin rank, 230 Int

Jounin: Chuunin rank, 260 Int

Sannin: Jounin rank, 290 Int

Hokage: Sannin rank, 320 Int

 

Requirements:

At least 10 moments.

 

Skill 5 = Pure spirit

 

This skill means that your character has a pure soul. Meaning that they are active in any moral struggle between good and evil, as well as at least moderately wise. This is seen in Naruto, how he always seems to do what’s right and makes heaps of friends along the way. You must have at least 5 positive moments to learn this skill.

 

Genin: 15% chance of gaining an additional moment with someone whenever a moment is gained (on both sides)

Chuunin: 30%

Jounin: 55%

Sannin: 75%

Hokage: 95%

 

Skill 6 = Wise mentor

 

This skill is seen when Kakashi talks to Sasuke shortly before he joins Orochimaru about his dark side. This skill is basically when someone who has experience in the type of pain that the ally’s character is going through gets a chance to reduce their number of minus moments.

 

Genin: above 10 decreases by 1

Chuunin: above 12 decrease by 2

Jounin: above 14 decrease by 3

Sannin: above 16 decrease by 4

Hokage: above 18 decrease by 5

 

Skill 7 = Teamwork – Combined Attack

A pair of ninja who know this technique may work together to launch a combined attack against their opponent.

To use this technique, the ninja in question must both have actions available to them. They make one basic attack against their target, using the higher damage and attack values of each of them.

Eg. Sasuke and Naruto make a combined attack against an enemy ninja. Sasuke has a +308 melee attack bonus and 150 strength, while Naruto has a +195 melee attack bonus and 175 strength. Their combined attack has a +308 melee attack bonus and deals 175 damage.

Requirement

2 moments each, both ninja must have10 points in this jutsu with the other ninja.

 

Skill 8 = Teamwork – Targeted Attack

When a team of ninja use this technique they all attempt to attack the same point on a target, in an attempt to punch through the target’s defenses more easily.

Each of the ninja makes a separate attack against the target. Each of these attacks that hit are added into one attack total, making it easier to bypass a target’s block or defensive jutsu.

Eg. Sasuke, Sakura and Naruto make a targeted attack on one opponent. They all make attack totals, and only Naruto misses. Sasuke and Sakura add together their damage, and the opponent suffers 250 damage.

2 moments with each of the ninja involved, 10 points in this jutsu with each of the ninja involved.

 

Skill 9 = Teamwork – Coordinated Attack

With this technique a team of ninja work together to hit an opponent that would be beyond their individual abilities. They make one attack against the target, adding together the attack totals of all the ninja involved. One ninja is selected as the lead for this attack – only that ninja may spend chakra or deal damage.

Eg. Sasuke, Sakura and Naruto launch a coordinated attack with Naruto as the lead. Their attack total is 783, all of their melee attacks added together, and they deal Naruto’s damage, 175.

2 moments with each of the ninja involved, 10 points in this jutsu with each of the ninja involved.
