General Sharingan

Even without activating any of the Sharingan’s special powers it can come in handy. As a Sharingan user’s skills increase so do the number of dots that appear on their eyes when sharingan is activated. Below is a list of bonuses you can gain from the various levels of Sharingan.

1 dot: plus 20 to Basic attack and Basic Dodge, as well as to any Int bonuses when performing a Taijutsu technique.

2 dots: plus 40 to basic attack and basic dodge, as well as to any Int bonuses when performing a Taijutsu technique.

3 dots: plus 60 to basic attack and basic dodge, as well as to any Int bonuses when performing a Taijutsu technique.

Special bonuses

1 dot: You can only first activate the Sharingan when you are in a life-threatening situation. You are however, allowed to allocate points into General Sharingan before you are able to activate it.

2 dots: Allow you to copy any jutsu that you see used while you have Sharingan activated. In game terms this means that your skill level in that jutsu automatically goes up to it’s first level (if you are not past that stage already).

3 dots: Allow you to use any of the jutsus that have “3^rd level sharingan” listed in their requirements.
